What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. We have a free 30 day return/exchange policy after delivery.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location but on average will take 5-10 days.
How can I find out more about the products sizing/fit?
Even though most of the products have an oversized fit, they all fit a little different. If you have more questions about sizing and the product description isn't helping, send an email on the CONTACT page. Someone will be able to walk you through how the fit works for each product the very same day.
How is the quality of the products?
Each product starts with a premium garment thats usually a high grams per square meter (GSM) which will have a thicker quality feel to it. Then for any printing/decoration we use a combination of DTG, DTF, and Embroidery. Each method is using the latest machines and technology to get a clean luxurious result.
Where are your products manufactured?
Although we are US based, our products are manufactured in China. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are always using premium manufacturing and printing processes.
